I will accompany you through the Rauhnächte.
The Rauhnächte are a special time between the years - from December 24th to January 6th - which is seen in many spiritual and cultural traditions as a phase of reflection, transformation and spiritual connection.
Contents and goals of the Rauhnacht accompaniment (examples):
• Daily rituals: Every day (or every night) is associated with a specific theme or focus, such as gratitude, letting go, visions for the coming year or mindfulness.
• Spiritual exercises:
· Meditations
· Incense rituals
· Dream diaries (to interpret the symbolic meaning of dreams during this time)
• Personal reflection:
· Review of the past year
· Clarification of wishes and goals for the new year
· Processing old issues and letting go of burdens
• Energetic impulses: With tarot, Lenormand and oracle cards we delve deeper into the messages of this magical time.
Aim of the Rauhnacht accompaniment
The accompaniment during the Rauhnacht is intended to help you to connect more consciously with yourself and the cosmic energies. I will support you in letting go of old things, clarifying yourself internally and starting the new year inspired.
What can you expect:
From December 24th to January 6th, you will receive daily tasks and exercises from me. It is up to you to implement them.
This is what you will receive:
• daily tasks and exercises
• impulses, affirmations
• a booklet in PDF format where you can read the exercises and tasks
• recommendations for incense per day
• recommendations for essential oils per day
I will contact you via WhatsApp (individually, not a group - also by email if you prefer).
The first contact will take place before the first Advent and then again shortly before the Rauhnächten. In between you can contact me at any time.
What do you need for this?
Basically nothing, but since the Rauhnächten are about cleaning and inscence, it would be good if you got yourself some suitable incense.

I will also give you recommendations for essential oils, but that doesn't mean that you have to have them all at home or buy everything now. Get inspired and do what you feel.
